The 10th Mathadhipati of Shri Chitrapur Math - Parama Pujya Parijnanashram Swamiji III had set up a museum, almost single-handedly, of precious idols, artefacts, rare manuscripts and books. To pay humble homage to this extraordinary Visionary - Guru, our present Mathadhipati - Parama Pujya Sadyojat Shankarashram Swamiji has created the Shrimat Parijnanashram Vastu Sangrahalaya.

Designed in consultation with eminent historians and experts in setting up museums, the building has four major galleries displaying the roots and origin of the Chitrapur Saraswata Guruparampara, the tenure and contribution of every Mathadhipati and many idols and artefacts which give visitors an invaluable peep into the spiritual journey over the last 300-plus years of the samaja under the watchful eyes of their compassionate and far-sighted Guru-s.

The most important and most awesome scene-stealer on display in the central enclosure is the magnificient, intricately carved and most lovingly preserved Ratha which has annually ferried Lord Bhavanishankar during the grand Rathotsava. Relevant photographs, and audio-visual clips offer informative news-pegs of the various activities of the Math as also the successful projects and endeavour made by the Shrivali Trust and Parijnan Foundation, with hands-on Guidance from our present Mathadhipati in the vital areas of education, health care, social uplift, women empowerment and conservation.
