Introduction/ Activities

Param Poojya Swamiji has appointed a Chief Coordinator. The Chief Co-ordinator discusses and takes inputs and guidance from the President of the Standing Committee, as and when required. There are a number of Regional Coordinators who report to the Chief Coordinator on all Yuva-Dhara matters. Each Regional Coordinator is assigned, to look after one or more sabha/s.

Methodology:

- Activities to be done at the local level for maximum participation.
- Regional Coordinators are required to meet the representatives from the sabhas assigned to them, atleast once a month.
- Regional Coordinators and the Chief Coordinator should frequently communicate to discuss ideas and points of concern, coming forward from the representatives, and work out programs to deal with them. The programs will be proposed to the President of the Standing committee by the Chief Coordinator and implemented as agreed.

Role of Chief Coordinator

• To be the direct link between the youngsters and Pujya Swamiji, thereby ensuring efficient and effective flow of information to and fro
• To be aware of activities planned by youth across various sabhas and guide them, wherever required
• To oversee the various documents from the youth (minutes and agenda of meetings) and ensure consistent and correct flow of information
• Train yuvas to accept responsibility so that, in future, the yuvas can be more independent , as need may be
• To be the centre point for all coordination and communication between various sabha youth

Role of Representative

• To bring together the yuvas of the sabha to discuss and work towards certain activities
• To be more proactive in motivating other youngsters to take up volunteering more often
• Involve more yuvas in various initiatives and local sabha activities as well
• Be the link between the yuvas in the sabha and the chief coordinator
• Plan structured meetings to help in functioning as a team so that there is complete transparency on both sides
• Ensure that only correct interpretations or statements regarding the Math or our Guru Parampara are discussed and to clarify to those (whether seniors, juniors or peers) wherever required
• Be directly in touch with the Chief Coordinator to inform her of the various planned initiatives before, during and after implementation
• Take inputs from the Chief Coordinator and Coordinators as and when required
• Be the future torch bearers of information
